Dominic Amanya Suleiman is a visionary social entrepreneur and sustainable development practitioner dedicated to environmental advocacy and community resilience within displacement-affected contexts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development from Xavier University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Masinde Muliro University. His academic foundation is further bolstered by certifications in Procurement and Supplies Management, Social Entrepreneurship, and his status as a Certified Researcher from Oxford University’s Refugee-Led Research Hub. As the Founder and CEO of Kakuma Social Agri-Ventures, Dominic has pioneered climate-smart agriculture models that integrate solar-powered irrigation and regenerative farming to empower displaced youth and women in the Kakuma Refugee Camp.

An alumnus of the Inclusion Climate Innovation Labs and the Nairobi Climate Fellowship, he is a recognised mentor and champion for youth empowerment through agribusiness, climate literacy, and waste management. In his role as Programmes, Coordination & Regional Operations Lead, Dominic oversees the strategic execution of the Collaborative Approach’s decentralised leadership model. He is responsible for orchestrating regional hubs, managing multi-stakeholder partnerships, and leading the Network of Grassroot Organisations and Movements. Leveraging a diverse career background in education, advocacy with the Lutheran World Federation, and global facilitation with Jesuit Worldwide Learning, Dominic brings a robust skill set in management and systemic inclusion to the Inclusive 2030 Strategy.
